ATTN: Moment and Trident Owners
We have been notified of a few buckles which could release in unintended circumstances with a few Moment helmets and 1 with a Trident. It is a small number but we want to be very proactive on any issue. So we are requesting a mandatory inspection of 100% of Moments and Tridents. The WRSI Current model plastic shell helmets are not included and do not need to be inspected.
1 – Inspect your buckle and pull on it with substantial force to make sure it does not release. If it does we will send you a new helmet of your choice.
2 - Email us your shipping address at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the helmet to us for inspection and return or replacement at our cost.
3 – Bring it to your local shop for inspection and return or replacement.
Please fell free to call us at 435-901-2571 or email at email@example.com with any questions. We appreciate your help in this issue. We take our customers safety seriously and want to make sure every helmet out there is the maximum protection possible.
Once again we want 100% of buckles on Moments and Tridents to be inspected so please help us out, inspect your buckle, let us know and we will get a brand new helmet out to you. Even if your buckle is fine, we will send you a $10 gift certificate just for sending it in. So please help us out and send your helmet in to us to check out.
